Director, President, and Founder

Dr. Paula Fellingham received a Doctorate of Education Degree in Human Relations. She has received awards from the past 4 Presidents of the United States for the global work she’s done for 40+ years. Her awards are from former Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump. Paula also received the PRESIDENT’S LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD from President Joseph R. Biden.

Dr. Fellingham has co-presented over 400 live events in 152 nations.

Paula is the author of 8 books and many courses and magazine articles.

Paula is a leader in the Global Women’s Movement today as the Founder of WIN WIN Women, Win Win Women Network, the Women’s Information Network and the Women of the Middle East Network. She is also the Founder of the non-profit Global Prosperity and Peace Initiative and the Women’s Global Alliance.

Paula has spoken for delegates at the United Nations and at conferences around the world for over three decades. For years she hosted her own daily radio show called “Solutions for Families”.

Many years ago, Paula’s family was a musical performing group. For 12 summers her family performed across the United States and in Europe. Paula has been married for 51 years to Dr. Gilbert Fellingham, a university professor. They have 8 children and 26 grandchildren.

Vice Chair of Global Operations

Agnes was born in Singapore and met her Canadian husband 38 years ago in Dallas, Texas. They now reside in Canada with their four adult children.

She is an entrepreneur, AI consultant and educator,  career counsellor, author, and recipient of the 2023 Platinum MarCom Award for creative writing. She is a member of the International Association of Artificial Intelligence Consultants and the AI Experts Club.

Agnes brings over 25 years of comprehensive expertise in office administration, event coordination, organizational management, online marketing, and content creation. She has held a variety of significant roles, including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Family Operations, Project Manager, Financial Manager, Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant. Her involvement in the non-profit sector is extensive, where she has taken on key leadership positions such as Volunteer Director, Board Member, Secretary, and President.

Agnes’ strong background in traditional business methods has paved the way for her successful transition into the AI-driven business world. Her passion lies in using transformative technology to redefine the way we work and live. With her depth of experience and keen focus on efficiency, Agnes help others work more intelligently and effectively, leveraging AI for success.

Agnes expertise in technology and artificial intelligence, along with a strong commitment to improving processes, making better decisions, and increasing efficiency, makes her central to speeding up WGA’s efforts to address global challenges. Her leadership encourages cooperation with communities around the world to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Agnes’s talent for leading and inspiring teams, together with her forward-thinking, not only boosts the effectiveness of WGA’s projects but also strengthens the organization’s dedication to empowering women and girls globally.

Rosie Chadha

Rosie Chadha, originally from India, moved to Utah at the age of four and was raised there. Her academic background is in Accounting and Business Administration. Her career, spanning over two decades, showcases her exceptional leadership and management skills across various sectors. Notably, her position at the Internal Revenue Service as a Tax Compliance Officer and Power of Attorney Dept Supervisor highlight her expertise in tax laws, IRS procedures, and customer service. Chadha transitioned from a 13-year tenure at the IRS to the entrepreneurial world. As the Owner/Franchisee of a 7-11 convenience store, she emphasizes top-notch customer service and adherence to state and local regulations, showcasing her dedication to operational excellence.

Driven by a dream to travel the world, she founded GPMC Hospitalities with the goal of creating a legacy of exceptional hospitality. With a passion for service and the hospitality sector, she has quickly navigated its dynamic landscape, propelling GPMC Hospitalities to new heights within a few years. Chadha is dedicated to empowering women in the business world by supporting and fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Within professional and community organizations, Rosie has played a pivotal role in driving growth, promoting diversity, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Her leadership roles in CHOC RAB, the Salt Honorary Colonels of the Police Dept., FBI Alumni Association, The Rotary Club of Salt Lake, Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce, and the Davis Chamber of Commerce exemplify her commitment to making a positive impact. As Vice President of the Women’s Global Alliance, Rosie’s ability to spearhead strategic initiatives and collaborative partnerships is invaluable in advancing the organization’s mission to empower women globally.

I’m Austin Cope, privileged to serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Women’s Global Alliance, where we are dedicated to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and fostering positive change on a global scale.

With over two decades of experience I bring a unique perspective and a passion for sustainable development to our organization. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with regional, national, and international stakeholders, aligning business objectives with social and environmental responsibility.

I’m deeply committed to leveraging my expertise for the greater good. Prior to joining the WGA, I held significant roles in Project Management, Sales and Operations in which I played a pivotal role in driving sustainable practices and fostering partnerships that transcended borders.

At the core of my professional ethos is a dedication to serving communities and causes. I believe that by working collaboratively, we can address complex challenges and create meaningful impact. Whether it’s leading regional initiatives, contributing to national campaigns, or engaging in international projects, I strive to align our efforts with the UN SDGs, ensuring that our actions have a lasting and positive effect on society and the planet.

Outside of work, my greatest source of inspiration comes from my family. As a devoted wife and proud parent to seven children and five grandchildren, I am deeply committed to building a better world for future generations.

I am honored to be part of a dedicated team working towards a common goal. Together, we are committed to advancing the UN SDGs and creating a more sustainable and equitable world for all.

Coumba Ceesay Marenah’s rich tapestry of experience and unwavering dedication to gender equality and social development position her as an invaluable asset to the Women’s Global Alliance (WGA). Born and raised in Banjul, The Gambia, and now a Gambian American, Coumba’s educational journey took her from The Gambia High School to acquiring a Master’s degree in Rural Social Development from the University of Reading, UK, with a focus on Program Management and Women and Development.

With over four decades of experience across various sectors, Coumba has excelled in leadership roles, program development, and management, specializing in policy formulation, gender equality, youth and women’s economic empowerment, and support for HIV/AIDS-affected individuals. Her work spans assisting refugees, displaced persons, and people with developmental challenges, showcasing her ability to operate effectively in diverse and challenging environments.

Coumba’s expertise in policy development, gender-responsive budgeting, human rights-based approaches to development, and her capacity for strategic planning and implementation are directly aligned with WGA’s mission. Her ability to navigate complex programmatic landscapes, combined with her skills in resource mobilization and building cross-sectoral partnerships, will significantly enhance WGA’s efforts in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those focusing on education, gender equality, and global partnerships.

Her leadership roles in UN Women South Sudan and UNDP Ethiopia, along with her commitment to capacity building, institutional development, and advocacy, underline her capability to drive impactful global initiatives. Fluent in English and Wolof and proficient in French, Coumba’s global perspective and local insight are crucial for fostering international collaborations and enhancing WGA’s global reach and effectiveness.

Coumba’s extensive experience in gender equality and women’s empowerment initiatives, combined with her visionary approach to development and social change, make her a linchpin in propelling WGA towards its mission. Her leadership will not only inspire and guide WGA’s initiatives but will also amplify the organization’s impact on empowering women and girls worldwide.

Priti Sayal brings over 38 years of diverse expertise across Telecommunications, Textiles, Pet Products, and Wellness & Beauty industries. She is passionate about driving global business growth and empowering young minds. Originally from India, she has taken her expertise worldwide, navigating markets in the USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, MENA, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Australia.

Throughout her career, Priti has demonstrated her talent for building functions from the ground up and driving transformative change across industries. Her leadership roles have involved spearheading new business strategies, orchestrating successful product launches, and forging impactful global partnerships.

Since 1991, Priti has been dedicated to empowering women, particularly in the beauty industry in India, while also championing the craftsmanship of local women artisans on a global stage. She derives immense joy from mentoring young minds and supporting noble causes, firmly believing that every woman, regardless of geography, possesses the power to create successful businesses and expand internationally. Priti is committed to inspiring the next generation of women to dream ambitiously and achieve their aspirations on a global scale.

Jacque Zoccoli – the catalyst for spontaneous combustion – planted the seed of her global reach while in Liberia, West Africa in the Peace Corps. That seed meandered through a corporate career in Silicon Valley into her own businesses – first in Desktop Publishing, then in Network Coaching. After developing 10 networking groups in the Bay Area, she and husband Steve moved to Arizona.

The seed began to bloom when she was told she would “change humanity”. It became apparent quickly through interactions with several groups that her destiny was to use her networking expertise to provide resources to developing communities globally. Eventually Manifesting Global Solutions Group built powerful answers for Literacy (Footsteps2Brilliance.com app), Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, and Employment. Her passion to increase love, prosperity, peace and sustainability worldwide is being felt through the networks she empowers. The entire picture is called the Global Impact Network.

Dr. Satpal Singh Kohli

Dr. Satpal Singh Kohli is the Ambassador of Sikh Religion-USA and a Peace Ambassador for various global Interfaith Organizations promoting peace and harmony in the world. He is the Chairman of Sikh Dharma Universal and Guru Ram Das Sikh Mission of America (New Mexico, USA). He is a Director of Miri Piri Academy, a private boarding school located in Amritsar, India. It has students from over 25 countries and the curriculum is based on the Sikh teachings and way of life.

Bhai Sahib Satpal Singh received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science from the prestigious St. Stephen’s College at Delhi University and moved to the U.S. in 1978. Since then he has been involved in various different businesses, including food manufacturing, beauty supplies, international trade, real estate development and investments. In addition to his business activities, he now devotes his time to religious, spiritual and life-changing technologies.

He often gives lectures at schools, universities and interfaith events sharing the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev, Founder of Sikh faith along with how to conduct daily life activities in peace and harmony with one another. His teaching sessions and classes guide the participants to the many varied techniques and experience of the universal energy within each of us.

Bhai Sahib’s efforts to promote peace and harmony, along with promoting the teachings of the Sikh Holy Scripture-Siri Guru Granth Sahib, were recognized by the high Sikh clergy in India and he was bestowed with the titles of “Bhai Sahib,” and the “Ambassador of Sikh Religion in the Western Hemisphere”.
