Director, President, and Founder

Dr. Paula Fellingham holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Relations and has dedicated over 40 years to global service and women’s empowerment. Her exceptional work has been honored by four U.S. Presidents — George W. Bush, Barack Obama, Donald Trump, and Joseph R. Biden — including the prestigious President’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

A globally recognized speaker, Dr. Fellingham has co-presented more than 400 live events across 152 nations. She has addressed delegates at the United Nations and spoken at international conferences for over three decades.

As a prolific author, Paula has written eight books, contributed to numerous magazine articles, and developed impactful educational courses. She also hosted a daily radio show, “Solutions for Families,” for many years.

Dr. Fellingham is a leading voice in the global women’s movement. She is the Founder of:

  • Win Win Women Network

  • The Women’s Information Network

  • The Women of the Middle East Network

Additionally, she founded two global initiatives:

  • Global Prosperity and Peace Initiative (non-profit)

  • Women’s Global Alliance

Earlier in her life, Paula and her family formed a musical performance group that toured the United States and Europe for 12 summers.

She has been married for 51 years to Dr. Gilbert Fellingham, a university professor. Together, they have raised eight children and enjoy 26 grandchildren.

Agnes Goh is the President of Global Operations at the Women’s Global Alliance (WGA), where she plays a pivotal role on the executive leadership team. She leads with a strategic emphasis on operational excellence, cross-border collaboration, and innovative solutions that support the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

A seasoned AI & Automation Strategist, Fractional COO, and Career Consultant, Agnes empowers individuals and organizations to simplify complex systems, streamline operations, and scale sustainably in an AI-powered world.

Born in Singapore and now residing in Canada, Agnes shares her life with her husband of 38 years and their four adult children. With over 25 years of experience in leadership, organizational management, operations, event planning, marketing, and nonprofit leadership, she has consistently demonstrated a talent for bringing structure, strategy, and momentum to the missions she champions.

Agnes has served in numerous nonprofit leadership roles including Board Member, Secretary, and President, and was honored with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Legislative Assembly of Alberta by Honourable Rebecca Schulz, MLA (Calgary-Shaw) for her outstanding volunteerism.

She is also a recipient of the 2023 Platinum MarCom Award for creative writing and an active member of the International Association of Artificial Intelligence Consultants. Through her unique fusion of business acumen and tech-forward strategy, Agnes guides organizations in harnessing AI with purpose and intention, ensuring human-centered execution that amplifies impact and empowers communities.

Rosie Chadha, originally from India, moved to Utah at the age of four and was raised there. She holds a strong academic foundation in Accounting and Business Administration, which has supported a dynamic career spanning over two decades.

Rosie’s early professional journey includes a distinguished 13-year tenure with the Internal Revenue Service, where she served as a Tax Compliance Officer and Power of Attorney Department Supervisor. In these roles, she developed deep expertise in tax law, IRS procedures, and customer service, gaining a reputation for precision and professionalism.

Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Rosie became the Owner and Franchisee of a 7-11 convenience store, where she emphasizes exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance. Her success in this venture underscores her dedication to operational excellence.

Driven by a lifelong dream to travel and build a lasting legacy, Rosie founded GPMC Hospitalities. Her passion for service and hospitality has propelled the company to impressive growth within just a few years. Her vision: to redefine hospitality through high standards and world-class experiences.

Rosie is also deeply committed to empowering women in business. Through mentoring and advocacy, she supports the next generation of entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of leadership and growth.

COUMBA CEESAY MARENAH

Global SDG Advisor

Coumba Ceesay Marenah brings over four decades of experience and a lifelong commitment to gender equality and social development, making her an indispensable leader within the Women’s Global Alliance (WGA). Born and raised in Banjul, The Gambia, and now a proud Gambian American, Coumba’s academic path began at The Gambia High School and culminated in a Master’s degree in Rural Social Development from the University of Reading, UK, with a concentration in Program Management and Women and Development.

Throughout her multifaceted career, Coumba has held leadership positions in program development, management, and policy formulation, with deep expertise in gender equality, youth and women’s economic empowerment, and support for HIV/AIDS-affected populations. Her work with refugees, displaced persons, and individuals with developmental challenges highlights her ability to create meaningful change in diverse and often challenging contexts.

Coumba is highly skilled in policy development, gender-responsive budgeting, and human rights-based approaches to development. Her strategic planning and implementation capabilities, alongside her strengths in resource mobilization and cross-sectoral partnership building, are perfectly aligned with WGA’s mission. These strengths directly support the advancement of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the areas of education, gender equality, and global partnerships.

Her leadership in organizations such as UN Women South Sudan and UNDP Ethiopia underscores her global influence and commitment to capacity building, institutional development, and advocacy. Fluent in English and Wolof, and proficient in French, Coumba offers both international perspective and local insight, essential for cultivating impactful international collaborations and expanding WGA’s global presence.

Coumba’s visionary leadership in gender-focused development initiatives, combined with her unwavering dedication to social progress, positions her as a catalyst for the Women’s Global Alliance’s mission. Her presence not only enhances WGA’s capacity but also amplifies its global voice in the movement to empower women and girls worldwide.

Priti Sayal brings over 38 years of multifaceted experience spanning the Telecommunications, Textiles, Pet Products, and Wellness & Beauty industries. A passionate advocate for global business growth and youth empowerment, Priti has led ventures across a wide geographic footprint, including the USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, MENA, South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Australia.

Originally from India, Priti has consistently demonstrated her ability to build business functions from the ground up, drive transformational change, and forge powerful global partnerships. Her leadership is marked by the successful execution of new business strategies and product launches across diverse sectors.

Since 1991, Priti has remained committed to empowering women—particularly within India’s beauty industry—while also elevating the work of local women artisans to international platforms. Her efforts reflect a lifelong mission to bridge local craftsmanship with global markets.

Priti is deeply passionate about mentoring young minds and championing noble causes. She firmly believes that every woman, regardless of location, has the power to build thriving businesses and scale globally. Her work continues to inspire the next generation of women entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams boldly and make a meaningful impact.

Mia Doucet empowers executive women who have achieved professional success but continue to struggle personally—despite years of therapy. She is the creator of the proprietary BREAK FREE™ system, a powerful method that clears trauma, negative emotions, and life-limiting patterns at the root cause.

Mia’s approach is grounded in the belief that deep, hidden childhood beliefs can block us from living our fullest lives. Her system has succeeded where other methods have failed, offering transformative healing and lasting change.

She is the author of the award-winning book, STRONG: Successful Women Share Stories of Childhood Trauma and Triumph—a full-color, illustrated collection of stories based on interviews with over 100 women. The book is a powerful testament to human resilience, and Mia’s goal is to place it in the hands of one million girls around the world, giving them hope and inspiration to overcome the pain of their early experiences.

Before founding her healing practice, Mia was a sought-after consultant to CEOs, VPs, and Directors of global, billion-dollar firms. Prior to the 2008 economic collapse, she specialized in securing and rescuing multimillion-dollar contracts across the Asia Pacific region. Her client list included numerous Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

Jacque Zoccoli—known as “the catalyst for spontaneous combustion”—planted the first seed of her global mission while serving in Liberia, West Africa with the Peace Corps. That seed sprouted through a corporate career in Silicon Valley, evolving into a series of entrepreneurial ventures, from Desktop Publishing to pioneering Network Coaching.

After establishing 10 networking groups in the Bay Area, Jacque and her husband Steve relocated to Arizona. It was there that her mission truly began to bloom. When told she would “change humanity,” Jacque embraced the calling, channeling her networking expertise into initiatives that deliver resources to developing communities worldwide.

Through her work with Manifesting Global Solutions Group, Jacque has helped create impactful programs in Literacy (e.g., Footsteps2Brilliance.com app), Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, and Employment. Her driving passion is to cultivate love, prosperity, peace, and sustainability across the globe—goals she furthers through her expansive Global Impact Network.

As the founder of Network Builders Arizona, Jacque now trains businesses to strategically build profitable and sustainable LinkedIn presences—turning digital relationships into real-world impact.
